Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of templates from BrandLaunch (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Orders & payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), GST-inclusive where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment clears.

Delivery

Templates are delivered instantly after payment. You can reopen a design you have bought, change anything except the business name, and download it again at no cost. The business name is fixed at payment.

Licence

Templates are licensed for commercial use by the purchaser. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license source files.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant purchase.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

BrandLaunch is a registered trading name of GETQUICKSITES PTY LTD. That company is the supplier for the purposes of this document and the party you contract with.
