Not right for you? Full refund within 7 days.

The 7 days run from the day you buy, whether or not you have downloaded the files. To ask, press Request a refund beside the design in your account, or email [email protected] with your order number. A person handles each request, and the refund goes back to the card you paid with.

After 7 days

If something is broken or not as described, we’ll fix it or refund it.

Editing after you buy

You can reopen a design you have bought, change anything except the business name, and download the files again at no cost. The business name is fixed when you pay. If a download fails, email us and we’ll fix it.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including statutory guarantees.
